ABOUT ME

I am Anastasia, a professional photographer, Graphic and Web Designer, with more than 17 years of experience, located in Athens, Greece.

Since I was a kid I remember spending most of my time taking pictures with my father’s compact camera.

I found beauty in small, useless or ugly things that no-one would ever pay attention to, trying to make them look their best and tell a story…everyone and everything deserves a beautiful story…right?

I studied Graphic & Web design, but my passion for photography was always there.

So in 2008 I purchased my first DSLR full frame camera, my Nikon d200.

That’s how everything started.

Since then I took several classes, expanded my skills, co-worked with amazing photographers, changed many cameras and managed to work as a professional photographer in Greece and all around Europe, I practically managed to make my hobby a profession… but one thing still remains the same and maybe even bigger, and that is my love and passion for photography.

I love animals and I adore photographing them, they are my most favourite furry or not! clients, so pet photography is one of my very regular subjects.

I also do commercial shoots, events & shows, fashion, portraits, and artistic nudes…

Practically anything that can fit in my studio or not!

If you like my work and want to book a photoshoot with me, then just send me a message!

A series of wildfires in Greece, during the 2018 European heat wave, began in the coastal areas of Attica in July 2018.

102 people were confirmed dead. The fires were the second-deadliest wildfire event in the 21st century.

In order to help the 4legged survivors of the catastrophic wildfires to find easier their forever home, I warmly welcomed many of them in my studio and tried to capture in the best possible way their beauty.

In addition I created a special logo for this campaign so people around the world would recognise them.

Happily many of them travelled all around the world and live a happy life.

It was the least I could provide to those innocent creatures that suffered so much.o.
